Toilet Clog
1) Check for leaks and turn off the water if necessary.
2) Don't use the plunger, this could break the wax seal and cause a leak.
3) Pour about 1/2 cup of liquid dish soap into the toilet bowl.
4) Pour a bucket of hot water into the toilet bowl. Be careful not to overflow.
5) Let sit for about 30 minutes then pour another bucket of hot water to test.
6) Continue to check for leaks and repeat process if needed.
If this does not work after a few attempts the clog may be in the drain pipe or a hard obstruction. It is time to call the professionals.

Main Sewer or Branch Line Clog
For clogs in the Main Sewer Line or Branch Drain, we can clear the obstruction with a cable machine and inspect the drain with a Sewer Camera to determine defects that may be creating a drainage problem.
